The Lash Tech 2 Lash Artist Online 1:1 Mentorship course is a fully personalised virtual training programme designed for lash artists who want to master advanced styling and elevate their brand — all from the comfort of their own space.

This mentorship delivers the same technical depth and strategic guidance as the in-person experience, broken down into six focused 1:1 sessions (2 sessions a week) to allow time for practice, feedback, and real progress between each call.

Every session is tailored to your skill level, challenges, and goals, ensuring you receive hands-on guidance, clear direction, and ongoing support throughout the programme.

How the Online Mentorship Works

Before Session 1, you will receive a online consultation to assess your current experience, strengths, and areas for improvement. This allows us to create a custom mentorship plan aligned with your goals as a lash artist.

Each of the six sessions is delivered live via google meet, with structured learning, demonstrations, feedback, and actionable tasks to complete between sessions.
