All of our handmade strip lashes are crafted with care and packaged with love. Orders placed Monday through Friday will be processed and shipped within 5 days.

Please note: Orders placed over the weekend (Saturday or Sunday) will be shipped on the following working day — typically Monday or Tuesday, depending on order volume.

Non-Refundable Policy for Handmade Strip Lashes

Please note that due to the nature of our handmade strip lashes, all sales are final. For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds once the product has been opened or used.

We carefully craft each pair of lashes with attention to detail to ensure they meet the highest quality standards, and we encourage you to review your order before completing your purchase.

If you have any concerns or issues with your lashes upon receipt, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we will be happy to assist you with any defective items or concerns.
